  • No return or refund will be accepted for:
    • Change of mind
    • Color differences due to screen display
    • Size or design expectations
📸 Proof Required
  • Customers must share clear photos or videos of the damaged product.
  • Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Process
  • Once your request is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as agreed.
🚚 Return Shipping
  • If the return is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
  • In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back.
