- Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

- Refund or return will be processed only if the saree is physically damaged (e.g., torn, defective, or incorrect product).
- No return or refund will be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Color differences due to screen display
- Size or design expectations
📸 Proof Required
- Customers must share clear photos or videos of the damaged product.
- Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as agreed.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
- In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back.
